3/4 cup Greek yogurt, nonfat
1 cup fruit, diced
1/4 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Arrange fruits, nuts, seeds and coconut on top.
1/4 - 1/3 cup each (2) assorted fruits
1 tablespoon nuts
1/2-1 teaspoon seeds
1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut
